PMO & PRM

Our MNC clients have availed of our Project/Program Management Office (PMO), Project Risk Management (PRM) or even PM services when faced with critical projects in turnaround situations; cost control issues; bilingual or cross-border projects; vendor independence requirements; or when dealing with unknown risks such as first time package implementations. We have supported clients using ET's or Client’s methodologies or industry standards such as PMBOK across Asia.

IT Solution & Turnkey Implementation

ET is able to provide turnkey development by leveraging its core capabilities along with the resources of its partners. In a typical case project management, solution architecting, quality control and requirements management are done by our consultants while development work is led by a partner company we designate and co-work with.

Package Implementation (EPIC©)

ET does not sell software business packages, but has developed its own EPIC© methodology that provides a comprehensive methodology to do the implementation of packages taking into account security, controls, data cleansing and other aspects of software systems that, when neglected, could spoil an otherwise good implementation. ET does sell our own tools or those of partners in the data analytics space, as required.
